In 2004, the company acquired Huaxia Travel Service owned by Yichun Travel Bureau. At the same year, it mergers Jiangxi Tomorrow Travel Service and registered as Yichun Huaxia International Travel Service. The travel agency was approved for Chinese international traveling by China National Tourism Administration in 2007. The company has its own tour bus fleet and many national tour guides，international tour leaders and outstanding management team. There are 51 employees and eleven travel services including one international and 10 national in 10 cities and counties of Yichun.
